Houston real estate investment firm buys land near former Exxon campus in NW Houston

Houston-based Rockspring Capital announced earlier this week that it bought a site near the U.S. 290 and Loop 610 interchange in northwest Houston.

The cost of the 7-acre deal was not disclosed. The real estate investment firm, which bought the property in a joint venture with other Rockspring funds, plans to resell the land within a few years, according to a press release.
