DOJ requires divestiture to approve GE-Baker Hughes megadeal

Boston-based General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) and Houston-based Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE: BHI) reached a deal with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding their megadeal.
