Tony’s, a longtime fine dining restaurant in Houston, has a new top chef.
Sous chef Austin Waiter has been promoted to chef de cuisine, replacing Kate McLean, according to CultureMap and the Houston Press. McLean had been in the role nearly four years, but a reason for her departure was not specified.
