Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure Inc. (NYSE: SOI), a Houston-based proppant logistics company, priced its initial public offering of 10.1 million shares at $12 per share on May 12.
That’s well below the previously announced expected range of $15 to $18 per share. Solaris also previously said it would offer 10.6 million shares in the IPO.
Shares are set to begin trading May 12 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SOI.”
