Easter Sunday, at times called Resurrection Sunday. Whether you observe the Christian tradition, the Jewish Passover which occurs around the same time, the Secular tradition with rabbits and an egg hunt,or just the chocolate eggs, Easter is one of those holidays that usually calls for brunch. Often this was when folks got new clothes and it’s an opportunity to dress up, maybe show off a little, and then go eat a great brunch. A significant number of Houston restaurants are having a Special Brunch this Easter, so I have gathered together a special round-up for just such a purpose.
